Features of Immigo

Structured Database

Provides a structured database to take immigration clients through various stages of processing. Step-by-step completion of immigration process history, so all the staff who are managing a client are aware of which stage an application is at. Separate streams are provided for skills assessment, sponsorship, nomination & immigration processes.

Multi-User Environment

Agents based at various locations can access details of specific clients managed by them, while the super user or administrator (a senior migration agent/director) has control over which agent/staff can manage which client. Allocation or de-allocation of a client to a staff can be easily done.

Create & maintain tasks and appointments

Very useful whether a client is managed by one agent or many across different offices/locations.

Due Date Alerts

Alerts for important dates, so no deadline is missed.

Status of Documents

You can get a report at the click of a mouse as to what all documents a client has to send at any stage of the immigration process.

File Notes

Maintain all file notes for a particular client at one place and get a history of which agent/staff had done what and when and the time spent.

File Manager

Maintain clients' files at the central Immigo server and make it accessible for agents at different locations - no need to have a wide area network.

Invoices & Receipts

Generate invoices and receipts quickly. Email or print them to be forwarded to clients.

Multiple Currencies

Immigo can handle nine different currencies including AUD, USD, GBP & EUR for maintaining clients' accounts.

Reports

A variety of reports are available:

Statistics - to get a list of all names of clients and the total number by status, type of visa, etc by specifying a period

Financial information - generate a report of all invoices raised and payments received by specifying a period

Outstanding payments - generate a list of clients and the sum owed

Status of each client - you can get a list of clients and their status.

Reports specific to user

The reports will present information to a user only for those clients that are allocated to him/her. Super user has control over all clients.

Reports by Period

You can generate some of the reports by specifying a period. For example, you can run a report to get statistics of all clients and the fees earned between 3rd April 2002 to 25 May 2003, which in normal circumstances would take quite a bit of time.

Activity Log

For the super user alone, an activity log can display which client's information was changed and by who. This is especially useful for maintaining control over many different locations.

Backup Data

The data stored is backed up regularly by an independent service provider. On top of this, data entered by you can be backed up in Excel spreadsheets for your records.

MARA Code

Immigo is built to handle several MARA compliance issues - such as record keeping, monies in clients' accounts, file notes, etc.

Look & Feel

It is customised in such a way that it is user friendly and all the web pages appear with your logo (including that of the printed invoices and receipts). Only a minimal amount of training is required before an user can comfortably use the program.

Global Access

As Immigo is a web based application, you can manage your business from any part of the world. All you need is access to the internet.
